Make a Difference for Children in Need
Bridge of Hearts is dedicated to supporting homeless and impoverished children across the greater Lake Norman region. Each year we provide thousands of children from pre-K through 12th grade with birthday gifts, books, healthy snacks, and hygiene kits.

Our Programs
Caring For Children
This program provides hygiene kits and bags of healthy snacks to children in need. School counselors also distribute go bags to children who are housing insecure. Go bags include a pillow, pillowcase, blanket, socks, hygiene items, and healthy snacks.
Celebrating Children
The Celebrating Children program provides gifts, books, a family celebration kit and a handwritten card to ensure every needy child can experience joy on their birthday no matter the circumstances they and their family face.

Host a Collection Drive
Our Celebrating Birthdays program ensures children in our local communities can experience joy on their birthday. The goal of a collection drive is to restock our gift room for students from pre-K to 12th grade.
Plan a Service Project
Service projects allow you to create hygiene kits or snack bags from a location of convenience with a group of your choice.
