Fran Nichols, a St. John’s University graduate in Elementary Education, retired from teaching in 2012. Since then, she has volunteered with various charities like Hope House and Bags of Hope. She serves in leadership roles with Angels and Sparrows Community Table and Bridge of Hearts. Fran has been married to her husband Gary since 1974 and enjoys traveling with their three children and seven grandchildren.
