Bridge of Hearts’ mission is engaging the community to celebrate, care for, and love our youngest and most vulnerable citizens. Your support allows us to help homeless and impoverished children across the greater Lake Norman region. Each year we provide thousands of students from pre-K through 12th grade with birthday gifts, books, healthy snacks, hygiene kits, and other essential items.
